Limited Residential Warranty
Legacy Fine Casual Furniture offers a "Lifetime Warranty" on all aluminum frames from the date of purchase to the original owner with proof of purchase. Should any structural part break or fail under normal use, Legacy Fine Casual Furniture will repair or replace the frame at factory discretion (with same or similar product if discontinued) at no charge. Legacy Fine Casual Furniture will cover the cost of round-trip warranty ground freight during the first 12months.
Legacy Fine Casual Furniture offers a (10) ten year warranty that covers against peeling and blistering under normal use and proper maintenance on all powder coated base coat finishes; applied antique finishes are warranted for (3) three years.
In addition, Legacy Fine Casual Furniture will warrant cushion and sling workmanship for (1) one year from the date of purchase. Fabrics are warranted specific to manufacturer’s warranty.
If a composite table top fails structurally within (2) two years from the date of purchase, we will, at company option, repair or replace the table top, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if original has been discontinued.
Because all Legacy Fine Casual Furniture and complimenting products are individually manufactured, or hand finished, no two pieces are exactly alike. Customers should expect variations from piece to piece. These enhance the product as is the case with antiquity or quality reproduction.
What is not covered under Warranty
· Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use
· Glass table tops
· Return freight after 1 year
· Acts of Nature
· Failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care and maintenance
Limitations to Warranty
This warranty does not cover, and is void, if the failure of your furniture is caused by acts of nature including freeze damage, fire, storms, sulfur water, suntan oil, mildew, normal wear and tear, fading, exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents, abuse or failure to take reasonable care of the furniture. It does not apply to purchase parts including glass, acrylic, slate, marble, mosaic, granite, faux granite, faux stone, and glides, rocker mechanism, and hardware. This warranty does not cover color changes of vinyl, nylon, or polypropylene products, abrasions or scratches of furniture finish in residential or commercial use.
Limited Five Year Commercial Warranty
Commercial use is defined as use in any public area. This frame and finish warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failure under normal use for (5) five years. Fabric warranty covers manufacturing defects for a (1) one year period. Umbrellas and glass are not covered under warranty. Freight charges will be paid by Legacy Fine Casual Furniture for a period of one year from date of purchase (proof of purchase required). Legacy Fine Casual Furniture reserves the right to repair, replace, or refinish, and determine mode of transportation for authorized returns. No returns will be accepted without written authorization from Legacy Fine Casual Furniture.
In General
Legacy Fine Casual Furniture shall not be responsible for loss of use, time, inconvenience, packing, travel, etc. or other consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Legacy Fine Casual Furniture reserves the right to modify its product at its discretion. Every effort has been made to represent colors accurately; however the printing process can change colors slightly.
